Events kick off with the VFW Breakfast held at 1320 E. Depot Street in Shelbyville. Come sit down with us and enjoy a great meal prepared by our Veterans and their spouses. Breakfast starts at 7 am and goes until 930 am.

From there it's just a short drive to the Courthouse Square where you can participate in the opening ceremony of the annual Veterans Day Parade. State Representative Pat Marsh, American Legion Commander Tim Estes, and Colonel (Retired) Mike Corrado will be speaking.

At 11 am the parade will get moving. Come out to see your Veterans, our amazing high school bands from Bedford County Schools, and all the floats dedicated to honoring all of our veterans!
